Deb did a great job at setting the pace and keeping things on track, making sure we finished what I wanted to accomplish in a reasonable amount of time. It would have taken me a week - if ever! - to get the same things done.

Thinking on her feet and trying out ideas on the spot that I would not have thought of, Deb came up with great solutions to my space and organizing challenges.

I had no idea organizing could be such fun. It wasn’t boring!

Debra makes organizing fun and simple. She showed me that it can be a lot easier than I imagined.

I feel less afraid to file and to keep things clean. With Debra's help, I feel more enthusiastic about staying organized.

Decluttering my home with you was great fun! Your creativity led to the creation of more flow through the common spaces. I'm enjoying the new dining room set-up which is more cozy with the cabinet in there! And then last night I started decluttering the kitchen. Even with all our other projects going on, I've gotten us to having three days worth of food in an earthquake kit. With just a little prodding, I became so productive...

Our business is focused on meeting the research, product definition and development needs of our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. When things get busy, which is often, the piles start to stack up.

Deb came in, assessed the situation, and designed a data management system for us that we can now manage for ourselves.

We were amazed by how efficiently she was able to sort research data, billing information, and product concepts. She was a delight to have in the office and always asked about items before adding them to the recycling pile.

We're now more efficient, and in our business, that means more profitable.

Deb helped me finish a major project that was languishing on my "To Do" list for five years. With Deb's regular prodding, active workflow, and non-judgmental suggestions, we were able to get the job done two weeks before our deadline. Without her diligent help, this project would still be unfinished. I am so relieved and can now use the creative energy that was stuck in that particular corner of my life for other projects! I will to turn to Deb for help on those as well. She's smart, she's sensitive, she's funny, she's reliable, she's a fantastic organizer.

Since moving into our new offices last fall I never really felt like I could get out of boxes and into a comfortable, logical workspace. I would unpack a box and then add to the piles on my desk or file cabinets.

Debra came in and spent time analyzing the situation and asked lots of questions about usage and needs. Within a few hours we had gotten rid of many boxes, recycled so many unnecessary piles of paper and for the first time ever cleared my desk.

Now I can come to the office and jump right into the tasks at hand and know where everything is and where it needs to go when I am done with it. I have more space and more room to breathe. A clear desk means a clear head!

I worked with Deb for more than six years and can attest to her amazing skills for support and organizing. She helped organize hundreds of thousands of images, created a database for finding them all and prepared me for the transition to the digital world. Her nurturing personality, patience and wisdom were indispensible skills for creating a more organized and less stressed life, in both my personal and work lives.

What makes Deb so wonderful is her sense of humor, ability to see the big picture, understand your needs and then come up with a solution for you as an individual. She must be great if a very organized control freak like me could still gain so much from her guidance, advice and contributions. I almost wish I could start over again so I'd have a need to go back to her!
